When you order your surveys online, they are transmitted directly to the appropriate Rapid Survey Group Inspector based upon the zip code of the home to be inspected. Our inspectors are equipped with a mobile version of our automated system. This enables the inspector to upload digital photos and inspection information immediately onto our system. Your Underwriters are able to access and track the status of their inspections online at any time. Due to our streamlined and automated process, inspections can be delivered to your desktop in as little as 72 hours.

The Rapid Survey Group inspectors use the Castle Data Service (CDS) replacement cost engine. CDS has the most accurate replacement cost calculator in the industry, with each home realistically adjusted by CDS' location multipliers to accurately reflect local market conditions. 	SKETCH & PHOTO SHEETS The diagrams are computer generated. Castle provides a minimum of two exterior photos. In addition, we provide photos of all significant structures, any structural damage, and any hazards or concerns noted in the report.
