PROFESSIONALISM
Our image represents your company, and we carefully select our Rapid Survey
Group inspectors with this in mind. To reinforce this commitment,
professionalism is a central theme of our training program and is integrated
into all aspects of the inspection process. Our inspectors adhere to a
business-casual dress code and are subject to a complete background history as
a condition of employment. We take homeowner security issues very seriously,
and work hard to earn the trust of your clients. Some extra steps we take in
order to make the homeowner feel comfortable are:

We notify the homeowner by mail before the survey takes place.

Our field representatives are required to identify themselves upon arrival and
explain their purpose for being there.

If the homeowner is not available, a notice will be left on the door to inform
the insured when the home has been surveyed.

TRAINING
Each Rapid Survey Group inspector is required to complete our proprietary
training program, regardless of prior experience. This comprehensive program
consists of extensive on-site field training with an expert management team
member as well as classroom instruction on such topics as construction, pricing
and risk mitigation. Additionally, The Rapid Survey Group maintains a quality
control staff to review each completed appraisal report. This further
identifies additional training needs, while ensuring the highest level of
report accuracy.
