THE SURVEY PROCESS

The primary purpose of our survey is to determine an accurate replacement cost of the home and to provide a comprehensive risk analysis. This gives you and your clients the peace of mind that comes from knowing the coverage amounts are adequate and that potential loss circumstances are minimized.

The inspection process consists of:

• A notification sent to the homeowner to inform them of our intent to survey.
• One of our highly trained, professional inspectors will visit the home. The inspector will knock on the door and introduce himself upon arrival. If the homeowner is not present, a message will be left at the door to advise the homeowner when an exterior inspection has been performed.
• The inspector obtains exterior photographs and measurements of the home.
• A professional survey report is delivered to your Underwriter's desktop containing accurate replacement cost, rating and underwriting information.
